Our users have requested that any comments be included in the actual advert, rather than having to click the "Comments" link to see them.
Has anybody done a hack for this?

| No, haven't got around to it yet. Spent time developing to the making the ads look like normal forum posts and installing the location mod. |

wow this is a good add-on if ever...
I've only tried it by using iframe... but it actually looked bad and untidy... 
anyways, a real add-on would be nice.  |

I've just done this!! 
Took a bit of trial and error and it's working very nicely now. Copied most of the content from ads_comment.php into the bottom of ads_item.php and took some bits out. Just want to edit it a bit to have a "Log in to Comment" message if you're not logged in.
If anyone still wants it let me know. Support here seems to be dying - would be great to get this excellent script up and running again and working on phpBB3!!! Would even donate a few euro, as i'm sure others would. |
